{"id":5917,"date":"2016-07-07T21:02:17","date_gmt":"2016-07-08T01:02:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aboutrc.com\/?p=5917"},"modified":"2016-08-25T18:46:40","modified_gmt":"2016-08-25T22:46:40","slug":"wrapping-up-the-big-deal-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aboutrc.com\/?p=5917","title":{"rendered":"Wrapping Up The Big Deal 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey guys.. just wanted to write a quick update on what kinds of stuff I am doing over here at the lab..<\/p>\n<h3>Wrapping Up The Big Deal 2016 on July 12<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qr_SRQrGYKU?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In starting to convert Fotopromos over to a content\/education hub, one of the things I was asked to take a look at was being a contributor to <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/263RW5M\" target=\"_blank\">The Big Deal 2016<\/a>. \u00a0This is a bundle that people can buy thousands of dollars of stuff for about $99. \u00a0After reading up on all of the stuff that was in the space, I started to work on this and was pretty excited for all of the resources that were put together.<\/p>\n<h3>Things I&#8217;m Excited About<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2wT2n007Iu0?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/h3>\n<p>I love the fact that if you&#8217;ve never considered using software like Topaz Clarity, Tonality from MacPhun, or Photo Mechanic &#8211; you get those and a bunch more for that $99. \u00a0Heck &#8211; Photo Mechanic alone is over $150. \u00a0So that&#8217;s a great thing to get behind. starting with some Photoshop and Lightroom foundation classes and working up. \u00a0Kim Patti Studios is looking better and better.. and this set is going to be my home for a while. \u00a0I&#8217;m setting up the couch, arcade machine, and coffee maker just off camera.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you come by and say hi from time to time. \u00a0If you haven&#8217;t done so &#8211;
